Return Window

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email us at care@trustcarthub.com with:

• your name

   

• order ID

   

• reason for return

   

• photos (if applicable)

   

Refund Process

• All refunds are processed via UPI only.

   

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we issue the refund within 3–5 working days.

   

• Prepaid orders are also refunded via UPI only (as per your instruction).

   

• Ensure your email includes a valid UPI ID to avoid delays.

   

Exchange

We replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost.

Pickup Availability

If courier pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
We reimburse reasonable shipping charges via UPI.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, partially used powders cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
